Fiat the Hutt, better known as Fiat and often called the "Bloated One," though never to his face, was one of the most notorious OT troll lords in the Torums, who governed a large troll empire located in the Underlevels of the GD from his purple strip club in the OT. At the height of his power, Fiat was one of the most powerful troll lords in the Torums, even having contact with Matieu, the head of The OT Alliance.

Fiat had started as a small troll lord, but quickly spread his influence into a variety of illegal activities. Known for his cruelty and carnal fancies, Fiat the Hutt was powerful enough to command respect and payment from the Torum's ruling governments, so much so that during the Flame Wars of 2010 the Moderators went to great lengths to avoid Fiat's displeasure. He later placed a hefty death mark on Jetbounty, a former employee of his, after Bounty lost a load of drugs to an Moderator patrol vessel. He would finally get his revenge on Bounty when the jelly-encased child was delivered to him by Nikita Pau Pau, one of the many Alt Accounts that Fiat was known to use. However, this mission was Fiat's undoing, as a rescue mission and subsequent catfight with Vaseline and her allies resulted in the Hutt's less pies.
